A small, independent, agile consultancy that has been delivering successful projects for many years.

We started our journey back in 2005. With the experiences of working with top-100 clients, it was clear that there was a need for a better way of delivering projects. We used some of the early techniques from the early adopters of agile, and found them to work very well.

From a project perspective, we had a lot of success from working with clients around project delivery. We built great teams and delivered some really great products. For us, successful and reliable project delivery was not enough - the projects needed to sit correctly within an organisational system to be most successfull.

We looked at the projects, and how they exist in the context of the organisation. The projects created perceived value, but to be truly valuable to the organisation, we needed a method of creating flow. We found Deming, and with his wisdom around System Thinking, we were able to create a model that meant that running the business with frequent releases became a lot easier and provided a lot more valuable to the end customer.

Dr. W. Edwards Deming taught that by adopting appropriate principles of management, organizations can increase quality and simultaneously reduce costs (by reducing waste, rework, staff attrition and litigation while increasing customer loyalty). The key is to practice continual improvement and think of manufacturing as a system, not as bits and pieces.

We have continued to work with some really good clients, and we continue to refine and work through are approaches.
